I am a new mommy trying to lose 30 lbs… I do not have access to a gym, and I would take the baby out walking but it has been too cold lately. I live in an apartment so I have limited space. I have workout tapes but I am not coordinated enough for the "dance" moves, I fumble so much I’m not getting a great workout. Suggestions? I’ll do anything, including just turn on the radio and bounce around aimlessly if that would work. Thanks!!
I have no confidence to go the gym so I was thinking of buying a some weights and a bench, would this work in helping me gain much muscle mass I want to gain 18 pounds and not sure what equipment I will need. Would I be able to get the right equipment with £100 or do I need a gym?
On our annual A/C check the technician used a tool that he hand held under the A/C vent to measure the temperature the blow air conditioning out of the vent. What is this tool called as my husband wants one for Fatherr’s Day (sounds like a plan to me!
www.athleanx.com Take your workouts to the next level with the AthLEAN-X Training System. Developed by Trainer To The Stars Jeff Cavaliere, The AthLEAN-X Training System gives you the same look as the top professional athletes and celebrities that Jeff works with…and you can do this in just 90 days! Have you ever wished you had a stronger more muscular chest? Did you ever wonder how to build a great chest in the comfort of your own home? Wait no more. The AthLEAN-X Training System shows you how to do this with one quick mini-triset circuit. FIrst you are going to work on the stretch capacity of your chest muscles by pairing up the Iron-Cross pushups (using Jump bands) with Dips. You are going to do 2-3 sets of this one-two punch exercise combination. Next, you are going to do 2-3 rounds of a contraction pair of exercises. Here you will pair up 1 arm tubing chest crossovers with Upper body pullovers (to work the hard to reach upper chest area). Finally, you will perform a quick mini circuit that works the entire chest (with help from the supporting muscles) when you do Med Ball Pushups and Incline DB Bench. 2-3 sets of this pair will finish up your workout. Again, it’s important that when you are trying to build a bigger, more defined chest, you understand the right exercises to do and how to do them. This video is a good start to doing that. I got a rowing machine for christmas which was good but i also got a mountain bike.
Well, around where i live, there aren’t any mountains so i just cycle on the roads.
My sister is having her wedding in SEPTEMBER so i want to lose some weight by then; round my tummy, bum and top legs (surprise surprise!)
I was wondering if rowing for an hour/2 hours a day *or* cycling on flat-ish roads for an hour/2 hours a day will help me lose more weight?
Thankyou!
Plus, if you can, any tips on losing weight? so far i have drink more water, cut out unhealthy foods, exercise more, don’t eat after 7pm. Any more that i could lose then they would be much appreciated.
I’m 17 years old, 5′5", and I weigh 128lbs. I know I’m not overweight at all or anything. I’m not trying to lose weight. Just basically, trying to tone my body. I usually go for a run 3-4 days a week. I’m looking for at home exercises to get in shape.
Any good tips for working out at home? I am due any day now with a baby boy, but I will not be able to take him out for walks yet (of course, once I have healed)… because of the harsh cold weather. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
