I’ve tried everything: mental motivation, outside motivation, jealousy, guilt, and I even tried to eat so much ice cream I got sick just to prove that it was bad for me. Now I’m at the bottom rung of the diet ladder, and I’ve found that there’s a bottomless pit right underneath me. It’s like this big black hole that’s threatening to suck me in. Somebody help me!

I found out that I have PCOS when I was 17. I was put on metformin, but stopped taking it because it wasnt working, and I decided that I would rather get it under control naturally then with medication. I need help though! ok so i’ve been trying to lose a few pounds with my diet or exercise plan and i’ve found that i’ve been able to stick with it for a few days, but after a while i just kind of give up and lose the healthy diet spree and stop exercising.

So about a year ago i weighed 193 pounds. I lost a bunch of weight and now i weigh 154. My ideal weight is 125 to 130 because i know its unhealthy and i want to look good.
