I’m 18 and I really feel like I’m fat so I want to reach that perfect figure, maybe by the end of summer… I don’t really know how to eat right and what exercises to do please help me

ok i m fat ,
started running( 2 km everyday in morning) and was sheding fats in a controlled way
but now its winter ,so i cant go outside for running
and i want to continue by weight loose with doing some exercises in my home not outside
so kindly tell me some exercises dat can be counted equivalent to 2 km running

Ok, I know you’re not supposed to diet at an early age but I do a sport called crew (rowing miles in boats) and it is required that I lose weight and I weigh 160 pounds now and my goal is 140. Wat are some VERY good tips and websites I can access for free at age 13.
I’m a pretty small (5′8", 137 lbs) but relatively athletic and muscular. I want to gain muscle mass and get bigger, which I have been doing since I workout 3x a week. I feel like rowing would TONE opposed to BUILD muscle which is my goal. I want to get involved on campus, but im not sure this is the right think. What do u think?
I exercise regularly (alternating between running and swimming) and maintain a healthy diet but the pounds are not shedding. Thermobol is not available in my country. Any suggestions of an alternate to help me get rid of that fat (my BMI = 26). I come from Pakistan
I really hate running and my neighborhood isn’t great for biking. Also, not a lot of time.
I’m trying to lose 10-15 pounds. I’m eating about 1600 cals a day and I’ve been doing some cardio at the gym(treadmill/rowing machine) and then some weight training and cardio videos at home. Generally I work out 45 mins – 1 hour. How many times a week should I do this to lose 10-15 pounds in 2 months.
